I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Fiske and be part of his practice. He and his staff are compassionate, friendly, competent. It's a pleasure to be a part of his practice.
This is a new doctor for me and only my second visit. Both times I was greeted promptly
by a friendly receptionist. My wait time both in the waiting room and exam room was very short (less than 5 minutes). Dr. Fisk is currently working to determine what my ailment is and what caused it and both times I’ve been to his office he has taken time to sit down with me and listen to what I’ve had to say. Then he’s explained the next course of action and why he’s doing it. He even squeezing me in for another follow up appt on short notice before the office closes for the holiday. He commented that if this current treatment doesn’t work, he “doesn’t want me to have to suffer through the holidays.”
I’ve had the same PA both times I’ve been there and she was really great too. Very professional and very personable!! I’ve already recommended Dr. Fisk to everyone I speak to…
The experience is alway positive. Nice staff that answered all my questions. The Dr Fisk is thorough and explains everything he finds to great degree. He moves along quickly but addresses any concerns without a problem.
I was given an appointment for the next day. I was seen on time and given my answer to what my problem was very quickly. Excellent service as usual. Dr Fiske is always on time. A rare thing at a Doctors office these days.
I am always happy with my visit to CC Dermatology. The nurses are great and Dr Fiske is always very thorough with his exams and then takes the time to just catch up and talk for a while. I have never felt rushed or ignored.
Wonderful care with awesome sensitivity. I feel like Dr Tocci is both highly confident and truly caring. The staff is also friendly, cheerful and caring. They truly earned the 5 stars and more.
If only all the doctors, assistants, and front desk worked the way this office does the world would be a better place. Less than a half an hour I was done. It's unheard of. And nice! Great office!
I have always been thrilled with Dr. Tocci for every visit. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and has a fabulous, warm personality. The entire staff is wonderful as well.
